Happy Birthday Wind Band!

This year Edinburgh University Wind Band / Ensemble celebrates it first quarter centuary. That's 25 years of music, fun, friends and wind band traditions.

To mark this fantastic occasion we are hosting a 25th Anniversary Weekend in Edinburgh on:

17th - 19th February 2006

Using this website you can find out about the events being organised, see who's comming to the ball, buy tickets and relive memories from the 21st Anniversary Ball.

We'd love to see you at the 25th ball! However, if you can't make it and would like to leave a message for the band please get in touch with Rik. There will also be a slide show at the ball so if you would like to send us a message and perhaps a photo then we can include it in the show.

Of course, you are always welcome to join Old Blowers so you can keep in touch with your former band buddies or simply stay up to date with all the future events. It only takes a couple of minutes to join!

Photos

We are collecting photos from the last 25 years for a slide show at the ball. If you have any good photos of the band playing concerts, going on tour or just relaxing in the pub then please send them in.

If you send photos or slides Rik will scan them into the computer and send them back to you (include a return address)! If you already have digital copies, you could send them on a CD. You can also email them to but please do not send to many as they will block up Rik's email accout!

Please send the photos before the anniversary weekend as the slide show will have been written beforehand.
